Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the batteries to confirm they are in original, unused condition.

  Receive RMA and Instructions

  Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific hazardous materials packaging instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the batteries in their protective cases and use a sturdy outer box with appropriate terminal insulation to prevent short-circuiting during transport.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the voltage and physical integrity of the returned cells, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
